As you probably know, dehydration causes premature aging and im sure you did not want that. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Add slices of fruits to give a little flavour.

Moisturize Regularly

Moisturizing not only makes your skin feel rejuvenated, it can also prevent premature aging. Body lotions and creams are meant to lock in moisture and create a protective layer on the skin. So it is best to apply these products after shower when skin is still damp and repeat whenever it feels dry. A moisturizer with SPF is a good option.

Exfoliate Once a Week

Skin will naturally renew itself but once you gets older this process begins to slow resulting in more pigmentation and duller complexion. Regular exfoliation is needed to maintain radiant skin because it reduces skin discoloration, pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles.
